Basic Maintenance

(Annual Service)

Cost is $555.00, plus tax:

The purpose of the Basic Plan is to ensure the following: 

• The cost of labor associated with performing a routine check-up and cleaning is covered.
• Preventative inspection and cleaning are performed on the unit, including coil and evaporator fans. 
• Checking all fluid levels (refrigerant) and offering needed refrigerant at a reduced rate while on-site.
• Worn parts, consumables, major repairs and labor are an additional charge.
• The cost of major parts and labor for repairs are not included. 
• You will be provided a comprehensive assessment of your Freezer/Refrigeration Equipment.
• Emergency Service is available but not included in this plan and will be billed separately, if needed.

Maintenance Plus Plan

(Every 6 Months)

Cost is $995.00, plus tax:

The next level of service, our Maintenance Plus Plan, ensures that your equipment will last longer, need fewer repair calls and operate more efficiently. It includes the following:

• The cost of labor associated with performing a routine check-up and cleaning is covered.
• Preventative inspection and cleaning are performed on the unit, including coil and evaporator fans.
• Checking all fluid levels (refrigerant) and offering needed refrigerant at a reduced rate while on-site.
• There will be no charge for routine repairs made during regular check-ups.
• Worn parts, consumables and major repairs are an additional charge.  
• The cost of major parts and labor for repairs are not included. 
• You will be provided a comprehensive assessment of your Freezer/Refrigeration Equipment.
• Emergency Service is available but not included in this plan and will be billed separately, if needed.

Preferred Maintenance and Priority Service

(Every 6 Months, with Priority Service)

Cost is $1,395.00, plus tax:

The highest level of service is our Maintenance Plus Plan and Priority Service.  If you have an issue, we will come on-site to evaluate the problem. This is a guarantee that even during extreme heat waves or cold snaps, your call will receive priority and there will be no extra fee for emergency service.  This level can be useful for those that want to budget expenses and have peace of mind knowing there will not be any surprises.  It includes the following:

• The cost of labor associated with performing a routine check-up and cleaning is covered.
• Preventative inspection and cleaning are performed on the unit, including coil and evaporator fans.
• Checking all fluid levels (refrigerant) and offering needed refrigerant at a reduced rate while on-site.
• There will be no charge for routine repairs made during regular check-ups.

• The cost of major parts and labor for repairs are not included. 
• You will be provided a comprehensive assessment of your Freezer/Refrigeration Equipment.
• Emergency Service is included with this plan.
